Get Glowing: Top Dewy Skin Products to Elevate Your Skincare Routine

Plump and dewy skin, that’s what we all want, right?! That glow that comes from having skin that’s so healthy, hydrated and moisturised that it basically looks juicy.

It’s not a hard look to achieve, even if you naturally have very dry skin. It all just comes down to the products you use. I wanted to share with you my top 6 products to get gorgeous, dewy skin.

This is one of my favourite mists. It’s incredibly hydrating, but also contains those ceramides to help to fortify the skin barrier. It’s a no frills, rose water scented product that really does what it says on the bottle. It contains four different types of hyaluronic acid to hydrate. Then there’s the ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier to keep that moisture locked in, as well as antioxidant-rich polyphenols and flavonoids to help revive and refresh the skin. It has a nice powerful spray too.

Tatcha The Essence Skin Boosting Treatment – £95 from Tatcha

An essence is a product that you use after cleansing and toning. This one’s patented formula contains a fermented complex of Japanese superfoods, to boost the effects of the skincare you apply afterwards, to deeply hydrate the skin and to resurface the skin too. It really does give you a soft, plump finish and also more refined skin over time. If you really want to give your skin a dose of hydration, an essence is an important step.

BIOEFFECT Imprinting Hydrogel Mask – £70 from BIOEFFECT

This hydrogel sheet mask comes in two sections so that you get a closer fit to the individual contours of your face. It uses hyaluronic acid and glycerin to deeply hydrate, plus BIOEFFECT’s key ingredient Barley EGF. EGF is a protein in our skin that plays a vital role in the production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid to maintain skin’s healthy, plump and youthful appearance. Our natural production of it decreases as we age, so this is a plant-based alternative.

Biossance Squalane & Copper Peptide Rapid Plumping Serum – £52 from Cult Beaut

This hydrating serum is a real moisture booster with its squalene, polyglutamic acid and hyaluronic acid. It also contains copper peptides, which helps to boost collagen production to maintain skin’s plump elasticity. It absorbs beautifully, leaving skin hydrated and fresh.

Peach Slices Citrus-Honey Aqua Glow – $11.99 from Peach & Lily

This is a bold statement, but this is my favourite moisturiser of all time. This gel moisturiser brightens with citrus oils, soothes with honey, hydrates with glycerin and nourishes with ceramides. I think it’s suitable for all skin types and it will make your skin look instantly amazing. It’s literally perfection in a tube.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops – £31 from Cult Beauty

Use this product at the end of your routine to get a wet glow finish. It contains Niacinamide which refines the texture of your skin by minimising pores. It’s my hero ingredient. Dew Drops will also give your skin another boost of hydration and vitamins. The application of this product is crucial, I think, as it can be quite tricky to work out how best to apply it. It’s not a serum or a moisturiser as such. I prefer to think of it as a finishing treatment. Dispense just one pump onto your palm, rub your hands together to distribute, then just press your palms onto your face. You don’t need to do any rubbing in, just a simple press onto the skin for the most dewy finish.

You can literally use all of these in one routine if you want. Just follow the order above for the juiciest, most dewy skin ever.
